Cancellation Policy

PLEASE arrive to your appointment on time with clean eyelashes and no makeup! If there's mascara, makeup, or glue on eyelashes there will be a $10 cleaning fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS) CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If that happens, I asked that you provide a 24-hour notice. If canceled before the 24th hour, you will be allowed to reschedule one time ONLY! If a 24-hour notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.   APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Appointment dates open up 25 days before the desired date. LATE ARRIVAL PLEASE be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a $15 late fee! If you are more than 20 minutes late, I can do 1 of 2 options: (1) provide service for the remainder of your scheduled time (there will be no refills bookings if you accept this option) OR (2) schedule a new appointment on the booking site that will require a new deposit! REFILLS When booking any refill service, make sure that you are booking for the correct fill days. DO NOT book a 10-14 refill if the appointment date exceeds this time! (EX. initial appointment date 10/1, refill appointment date 10/18. This is considered a 15–21-day refill. Also, if a refill appointment is booked and you are needing a full set, please notify me before the appointment date so that I can try to make adjustments to my schedule in case there's a client that's scheduled after you. Also please read the "REFILL PERCENTAGE DESCRIPTION". If the 10–14-day fill is not at the 60% you will be up-charged for 15–21-day fill. If I am not notified and there's a client scheduled after you, you will only be provided with the scheduled service. Please keep in mind that you are ONLY allowed to book two refills following a full set. Zelle or Cash App will no longer be accepted as the remaining balance! The only form of payments that will be accepted are Cash, Credit Card, or Venmo. If a Credit Card or Venmo is used, there will be a $5 processing fee. A $35 non-refundable/transferable deposit is required for ALL appointments. The deposit will go towards your total. PLEASE NOTE: Your appointment is not secured without a deposit! PLEASE DO NOT bring extra people to your appointment. The space can only accommodate scheduled clients! OFF DAYS/BEFORE/AFTER HOUR SERVICES Any service that is requested on Sunday will be an additional $30. Any squeeze in or before/after hour is an additional $20.
