BEFORE APPOINTMENT

PLEASE avoid consuming any caffeinated beverages at least 4-6 hours before your appointment, as caffeine can cause eye fluttering during service,

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If a rescheduling request is made after the 24-hour mark, the deposit will be forfeited! Additionally, all rescheduled appointments must be booked within 20-days from the original appointment date. If these conditions are NOT met within the appropriate timeframe, a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Rescheduling can be done through the website for site members only!

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Appointment dates opens up 28 days before the desired date and exact time.

LATE ARRIVAL

PLEASE be aware that arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or ONLY the remaining time will be used to complete the service. No additional refills may be scheduled after this. These rules do not apply to "SPEEDY SET" as this set is only a 40-minute process. A grace period of 5 minutes will only be allowed on this set. Your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

REFILL APPOINTMENTS

When booking any refill service, make sure that you are booking for the correct fill days. DO NOT book an 10-14 refill if the appointment date exceeds this time! (EX. initial appointment date 10/1, refill appointment date 10/18. This is considered a 15–21-day refill. Also, if a refill appointment is booked and you are needing a full set, please notify me before the appointment date so that I can try to make adjustments to my schedule in case there's a client that's scheduled after you. If I 'am not notified and there's a client scheduled after you, you will only be provided with the scheduled service. Please keep in mind that you are ONLY allowed to book two refills following a full set.

DEPOSIT

A $35 non-refundable/non transferrable deposit is required for ALL appointments. The deposit will go towards your service. Your appointment is not secured without a deposit! There will be a processing fee of $1.40 when booking appointments. If the final balance is paid using a credit/debit card, or Venmo a $5 service fee will be added. (I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS).

PLEASE DO NOT bring extra people to your appointment. The space can only accommodate scheduled clients!

WORKING OVER ANOTHER LASH ARTIST WORK

Before scheduling a fill appointment please be sure to communicate with me of the set from the previous artist (text and attach pics). If the lashes are applied correctly, I will work over them, if not then you will have to book lash removal with new set! IF YOU schedule an appointment without consulting with me and come to your appointment with lashes from a previous artist that are A MESS, I will refuse service and your deposit WILL be forfeited!

OFF DAYS/BEFORE/AFTER HOUR SERVICES

Any service that is requested Sunday-Tuesday OR any squeeze in, before/after hours will be an additional $20.

FACIALS & WAXING

For all Brazilian & bikini waxes hair must be at least ¼ (grain of rice) in length in order for wax to adhere.

If you are currently on any Retinol or Retin-A, please discontinue product use 5-7 days prior in order to receive a Deep Pore Facial or waxing done on the face.
If you are currently on Accutane, we will not be able to perform any facial or waxing services. We require that you be off of this medication for at least 6 months or longer.

DURING APPOINTMENT

PLEASE refrain from ALL cell phone usage during the application process. This is truly a time to sit back and relax. Ringing cellphones will only interrupt your treatment. Enjoy the “me” time. It is extremely important that your eyes remain closed the entire time. Opening of the eyes can cause severe burning and irritation. If the client continues to open their eyes, the services will be stopped, and client will be responsible for paying remaining balance!

ALL clients must continue to wear a mask to their appointment!
